It would be a battery for your iPhone that you have installed at an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP).

How would I know if it is an authorized apple store?
They will have a certificate in their store somewhere that indicates such. Or click on the Get Support link at the top right of this page and look for one.
I looked them up and the provider is authorized.
