My phone is stolen. I locked my phone via “find my iphone” app. I had been using my boyfriend’s icloud account in this phone. He is still using this account in his phone. How can I tranfer my data from my stolen Iphone to the new one?

Sync Through iCloud:
If iCloud had things syncing with it, then sign in to iCloud and enable those same items, and all would be back that was backed up.
On the New iPhone Devices:
Go To: Settings > Name > iCloud > Photos > Tap: iCloud Photos so that it is green
