If purchasing online from Apple, to access Education Pricing, you’ll need to use the Education portal for your region/country:
https://www.apple.com/shop/education-pricing
You will need to provide the required proof of entitlement which, again, will vary by region/country.
Alternatively, you can access education pricing in Apple’s physical stores. Yet again, you will need to present appropriate proof of entitlement.
