Today apple tried to attempt getting the amount from my card but unfortunately the amount was not enough but now I have recharged with the required amount. My question here when I can expect apple today to get the amount from my visa.

You mention you have added funds to your Apple ID balance, or card you are using with your account. What happens when you try to make a payment?
Take a look at If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store.
If you are still having trouble getting your payment method to be accepted, you will want to reach out to Apple Support since we do not have access to accounts. They can be reached by going to Get Support.
