Does anyone know how the locked application could be uninstalled? It cannot be deleted or uninstalled. Content is deleted. Size 0 kb, but I can't get the application from the mac.

Drag it to the Trash and hold down the Option key when you empty the Trash. That should bypass the locked file check.
Are you sure you removed everything the installer placed on the drive?
As previous posting asked - are all elements of the application been removed ?
A handy Application ( Safe to use ) is Find Any File (FAF) and use it to search the name of the application being removed. It may find additional elements still installed on the computer. If so, drag and drop to trash and empty Trash.
