Mac is not starting after updating

My macbook pro is not responding after the update please tell me how to turned on

Hello my macbook pro 2019 was updated today to monterey after the updating I press restart then my laptop doesn't start at all, before updating it was working properly now it is not turned on I tried to hold power button 10 sec still no response. I read in apple discussion page many other users have got same issue after updating to new os, actually it's an apple fault, kindly help me to get turn on my laptop. If I get to apple store they will charge me , because its not my fault only because of fucking update. I need a positive reply from you.
