I have seen so many i phone 12 having multi touch issue . This issue is noticeable when playing advanced games, this is not a particular game issue but its issue in iphone 12 ,i am currently facing it myself ,surprisingly no one has raised it to a level where apple will notice

If not, note the area that isn't responding and go back to the Home Screen. Does your iPhone respond to touch in the same area outside of the game? I have checked it outside game.its not a certainty game issue its happening in normal screen too even with some screen touch checking apps I have double checked the issue.this is a well known issue ,some evidence can be found on youtube too ,hope so in recent update apple fix this major issue ,i have done everything apple support has suggested but nothing is working .
Thank you but apple support hasn’t given any good response to my issue lately.i would like to say that this might be a bug which is showing in newer iPhone 12 devices and some other ios devices ,thank you for helping though
