Want to know if I'm subscribed to Apple TV+ - 3 months free with my Apple Watch

Path is:
Apple ID -> Media & Purchases -> Subscriptions [Manage]

Go to System Preferences, click on Apple ID and you will find subscriptions there. I’m not in front of my computer at the present so I can’t talk you through it. I’ll check back later to see if it answers your question.
