I have the exact same issue. It's new since switching to the M1 Macbook Air and running Logic on Rosseta, and only happens when I try to open a session I previously had open on an external monitor - when I try to open it on the Macbook display, I get the same transparent windows with a playhead. When I open new windows (Mixer etc) it's the same thing. Super bizarre and so far no workaround. Makes the software completely unusable.
