After running tests, i am told that itunes helper is not running. What can i do?

Have you made sure you're running the latest available version of iTunes since seeing that message, along with completing the other steps from the page you linked from?


When you say you ran tests, do you mean you ran the iTunes Diagnostics mentioned here: Gather and use iTunes Diagnostics in iTunes for Windows, or something else?
