Does Apple care about your pryv

Anyone else who experienced situation like that?

Why does Apple refuse to help me with my stolen devices? Each every time I tried- by now said goodbye to a few iPhones, iPad and a MacBook Air . No matter that I have all the supporting proof, documents, etc to verify ownership of devices and even some clues that the thief left carelessly like personal information they entered into my devices or network and IP address that could easily reveal what is going on - Apple seems to keep on trying to persuade me that there is no way that activation lock could be bypassed 😒

Why apple say they care so much about my privacy and security??

This is a great lie.

I was shock to discover an official Amazon Apple Store, selling refurbished devices with prepaid service included with tons of restrictions and unclear details on how that works. But people who purchased also complain their devices would get disabled if they forget their password in another country and so on..

That and all the irrational and opposing responses I got from them plus unwillingness to help me when I’m in my rights and have have helpful facts for them to use towards resolution for me as a device or account owner.. whatever the case is for .

😕

Some info : For Apple, Privacy is very important.

  • Only Apple or AASP original receipt with serial number is accepted if you forgot your Apple ID
  • Your device is safe only If you it's passcode locked and 2 factor authentication for your Apple ID is enabled
  • Apple has nothing to do with lost devices, report to the police.
  • Amazon or any other 3rd party stores/shops are not from Apple, buy with your own risks.
