apple tv

We watch a few episodes of a show and then get “there’s a problem loading this video. If this continues, check your internet connection”. This has been going on for a week. We can watch other shows on Apple TV but can’t get previously watched shows to connect. Any ideas why?

Shows won’t play during apple tv+ trial 3-month free trial of apple tv+ was included with recent iPad purchase. Downloaded the app on Roku Express 3930x and several (but not all) of the shows we try to watch result in an error message suggesting that the problem might be with our network connection (signal strength is ‘excellent’; internet connection is ‘good’, 16 mbps.) Deleted and reloaded the app; logged out and back in with my appleid and password. Any other ideas?

Apple TV+ streaming glitch I am experiencing an odd issue with some AppleTV+ shows, when I try to watch from Up Next nothing appears to happen, then just the sound from the show starts with the Home Screen still there, no video happening at all. I can fix it by watching a different Apple series, then can go back to the first show and it works like it should. Kind of frustrating, happening every day now. Apple TV 1625, TVOS 16.0

Unable to watch certain shows on Apple TV+ I have a 3 month free trial of Apple TV + (could not find a community for that directly), last week I watched the first episode of Dear Edward on my PC, and had no issues. I have watched other series with no issues until the last few days when I have tried to watch the 2nd episode of Dear Edward, and now found this crazy issue with the video. There are lines across the screen and its all jacked up. I have also found this issue on Echo 3 (but not other series like Shrinking or Ted Lasso) I have tried everything, resetting all settings, other browsers, firewalls, graphic drivers. I spoke with apple and they had no solution for me. Saying its not a content issue.

We understand that when watching unwatched shows on the TV app, they play without issue, but episodes of previously watched shows produce an error.

Which device are we working with the TV app on? If you sign out and back in, does that change anything?
