is MacKeeper, or any auto file remover, a useful tool for Mac users?

I do see many small files which don't recognize on my older Macs. Now that I have a new MacBook Air

I hope to be more proactive to avoid retention of 'useless' files. My question, is MacKeeper, or any other auto management of files a useful tool for Mac users?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.0

Respect for macOS leads me to trust experienced users; that's why I check in here. Thanks; I did expect your answer. Non Apple Software is, sometimes, tempting but always suspect for non-expect users like me.
