How do I fine my phone number on my iPhone 12. I just bought it.
Open the Phone app ➔ Voicemail (Bottom Right Corner): Here you can setup your greeting. This is called visual voicemail. If you do not see the option to setup your greeting or visual voicemail does not appear then contact your carrier to resolve this because voicemail is a feature provided and managed by your carrier.

Tap the Settings icon. Scroll down and tap Phone. See “My Number"
You can find it by opening Settings ➔ Phone ➔ My Number.
You are not going to be able to see your phone number if you do not have an active SIM installed in your iPhone.
