I updated my operating system to be latest this morning. iOS 15.1??
im having issues with the calendar.
try to view my scheduled appointments. The app freezes and the phone feels warmer.
please help. The calendar is my lifeline to work.

No Apple does not support downgrading. Since you just updated this morning, the phone and its battery are working overtime to complete the upgrade. Give it a few days to settle down to normal operation.
Have you restarted the phone since the update? You might also try a Forced Restart which sometimes cures problems...
upgrade to iOS 15.2
it solves the calendar issue on phone and iPad both.
Have you tried to contact support by using the Get Support link at the top of this page? This forum is user-to-user and is staffed by volunteers; it is not official support.
I have been having the same issue. Even on iPad after iPadOS 15.1 upgrade. Calendar takes very long to refresh and shows wrong entries before that. Tried to contact apple support as well. They just said blah blah blah and didn’t think there was an issue :-(
Yes. It’s not working well with calendar at all. I have it better than what it was but still not normal. It freezes up and appointments jumps days.
not sure why? Calendar should be pretty easy to use.

Ohh. Really. Thanks for letting me know. I totally thought this was the support team for Apple.
I’ve been a loyal Apple fan for 20 years but I’m ready to get rid of ALL of my Apple items (even get refund for new MacBook). Problems abound and I’m literally calling Support daily. I’m done.
Goodbye. I’m sure every other product on the market, other than Apple products, are absolutely perfect and you will be gloriously happy with whatever you get.
