if i reset my network will it erase my passwords

If you reset network settings, then your iPhone will forget passwords for the Wi-Fi Networks that you may have saved. You will have to enter those Wi-Fi Network passwords again as you join those networks.

You will not lose the passwords that you may have saved related to websites etc.
