iPhones 6s and newer models support iOS version 13/14/15.

iPhones 6 and older models do not support iOS version 13/14/15. This is because the older iPhones do not have the hardware necessary to run modern iOS versions efficiently. One example is the amount of RAM which is required to run iOS 13/14/15.
