A1016 connections to MacBook Pro 15" 2016 on macOS Monterey 12.0.1

By following the guide in this link, I have successfully connected an A1016 wireless mechanical keyboard to the MacBook running the latest macOS. Conventional ways of connecting this keyboard will not work due to the requirements of a passcode which vanishes before we can enter it in the preference pane.

To work around this, use "blueutil" to connect BT devices in the terminal.
