Can another card be added to the family sharing without changing anything else?
(ex: i want to pay for my own icloud storage without the organizers’ card but my debit card instead without changing anything in my family sharing plan)

Yes. You can edit your payment information in Settings by tapping your name at the top and then tapping "Payment & Shipping." Every adult in your family can have their own payment method on file.
