Tried to delete contacts from icloud, it came back as No Name then after deleting again, all contacts I deleted are back. How do I delete contacts properly in icloud so all those contacts will be gone across all devices. And how do i select several contacts at once.

However, you should also be able to do the same on your phone. If you delete a contact, it should delete it on every connected device that shares that information.
