Homepod mini

Good morning,

I have a question, I just purchased the Homepod mini yesterday and I seem to have a problem connecting it to Apple TV

My Apple TV is the 3rd generation

Can this be done ? And also can I use it for bulit in Netflix as a speaker?

Your Apple TV doesn’t support AirPlay to the mini. You need: Apple TV 4K or Apple TV HD with tvOS 11.4 or later
