Hello Michael,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, Safari isn't displaying the iCloud Mail website properly on your Mac.

For an issue like this, we'd recommend quitting the Safari app and relaunching it while holding down the Shift key on your keyboard until it opens the page completely (then release Shift). This should remove the app's saved state and hopefully solve this for you.

If that doesn't sort it out, try clearing Safari: Clear your browsing history in Safari on Mac

Let us know if that helps out, take care.

Hi Michael,

You're welcome. If that hasn't sorted out the issue, try testing Safari using safe mode: How to use safe mode on your Mac

Booting here will isolate the issue further. It will perform slower in safe mode, which is expected.

Use sections, 'If the issue continues in safe mode' and 'If the issue doesn't continue in safe mode' depending on your results.

Also, see: If Safari on Mac doesn't open a web page or isn’t working as expected

Should it persist, do you have any other issues displaying websites within Safari? What happens if you select on an email on the iCloud website? Are you able to see the content, as expected? Are you able to move and readjust the sidebar view on the iCloud website?

Hoping to hear back, cheers.

Hey Michael,

Let's try clearing some website data. You can do this in Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data, then search for iCloud. Once it populates, select 'Remove All' then Done to test this out. You'll then want to navigate to the iCloud website and sign in to see if that resolves the issues with the website. Here's a resource for website data in Safari on Mac: Manage cookies and website data in Safari on Mac

Let us know if that resolves it or not, take care.
