Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you need to turn off Find my iPhone but your Apple Id is disabled. If your Apple ID is disabled and you followed the steps in the article you came to the Communities from If your Apple ID is locked or disabled, you'll need to reach out to Apple directly by checking out this link to Get Support and they will be more than happy to proceed with additional steps to get the Apple ID enabled for you.
Once you have enabled your Apple ID, you can follow the steps in this article to Turn off Find My on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
