Hello! My credit card was not authorized charged for amount of $35.99. I couldn’t find any purchases or subscriptions for such amount on my iTunes account. Could you do refund please? Thank you.

They include information on contacting Apple Support if the other steps don't help: If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support
