PLEASE I HAVE QUESTION ABOUT PAYMENTS

hi dears, on 03.11.2021 I have downladed application Oxygen & spo 2 tracker plus, it said I can subscribe and have 3 days free trial, but immediatly i recieved billing payment form this app, i have canceled subscription but no way it doesnt return my money. Help me it took 19.99$ frrom my card
