Where do I get replacement rubber writing holder and white charging cover for my pen? Thanks.

The only replacement part for the first generation Apple Pencil is the replaceable Pencil Tip - this being a consumable part that will wear-out over time. The cap that fits over the Lightning charging connector is not available to purchase from Apple.
Similarly, the charging adapter that connects the Pencil to a standard Lightning cable, for charging, cannot be purchased from Apple as a spare pet.
There are, however, third-part replacement caps and charging adapters that can be purchased through Amazon and ebay.
