TURN OFF SLEEP WELL

What is WRONG w the iPhone bot people?! Please read and help. Hoche up w a real answer! We have all disabled the the sleep modes, the wake up schedules, the alarms. We have done all those steps. Please actually talk to some tech person and find the bug!!!!!!!!!!
