Clear history but keep website data (cache)?
Is there any way I can keep website data and only delete history in Safari?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. Thanks for reaching out to us for help with clearing the history in Safari. Per the Apple Support article, "Clearing your browsing history in Safari doesn’t clear any browsing histories kept independently by websites you visited." So removing the history will not delete the actual website data from the browser. You can more info on this here:
