The title explains, but also there are about 10 apps which are ‘waiting’ and are shaded out. The two phones are on full battery still recharging sat next to one another. The new iPhone 12 came this morning at 8 30, it’s now 16 30, it’s been stuck on 3 minutes remaining all afternoon.. help please.
I will never buy a new iPhone, I didn’t have this problem with my iPad.

We understand that you're unable to complete the transfer from one iPhone to another and it's stuck. Check that you have available storage on your new iPhone in Settings > General > iPhone Storage.
If you're already low on storage, it's best to delete content that you do not need readily available on your iPhone. How to check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch can help with managing your iPhone storage.
Also, make sure both iPhones are connected to the same Wi-Fi network in Settings.

Thank you. I did get it sorted eventually.. I rang Apple and he told me it could be slow Wi-Fi (storage not a problem).
The next day after reading every suggestion on Google I decide to turn my iPhone 12 off, then back on again… the ‘waiting’ info on the apps turned to ‘Loading’…. I was so relieved…. Then, halfway round the app, they stopped again, so after turning the phone off then back on again three more times it decided to load and I am now up and running…… hurrah! 😁
