Heart Rate Spikes/Dips

I have the Series 6. I have Long Covid & now have cardiac issues. But lately I’ve been getting VERY alarming readings where my heart rate will spike very high and then plummet dangerously low. But each lasts only a second, I’ve included screenshots to show the dramatic change occurs within the same minute.

I’ve seen posts regarding this issue. My watch is only 1 week old. Is there a fix or something that can be done? This is causing me a lot of anxiety.
