I can’t install any applications

I just change my region after that i can’t install any applications of that region which i change

Changing the iPhone region does not let you install applications from other regions.

You need to change the App Store / Apple ID region for that. Follow the steps here: link-> Change your Apple ID country or region – Apple Support
