I redeemed my Tmobile offer for one free year of AppleTV on my iPhone (I can see AppleTV+ on my phone, now) but I want to watch it on my TV, not on my phone and when I sign in on my TV (Roku), AppleTV says that I don't have any registration. How can I switch from one to the other ?

Once you have the Apple TV+ subscription, it should be accessible on any of your devices with the Apple TV app.
You should be able to sign in to the Apple TV app on Roku with the same Apple ID account as used on your iPhone, then the same subscriptions should be recognized and be accessible.
