Gift Card stolen

So I have sent the gift card for someone in exchange for a product. I have covered the PIN number thinking that they won’t be able to redeem the gift card without it. Turns out they can use only the serial number to redeem it. They redeemed it and I didn’t get my product, is there a way to fix this for me?
