How do I turn the ringer on my iPhone11 Pro Max? The side switch does not work. The switch only shows “Silent” mode on and “Silent” mode off.

If the two buttons (volume up / volume down) don't work, check if in Settings>Sounds&Haptics>Change with button option is enabled.
If the "mute" switch doesn't work, it might be dirty or defective (have it inspected at an Apple STore or AASP).
