How to clear Recently Played in Apple Music

How can I clear Recently Played in the Apple Music app? I don't mean the list in which one can remove items with a swipe to the left, I mean the list named Recently Played in the Listen Now section.

Hi and thanks for the answer, but that's not what I'm looking for.

Here that is what I mean:

I already turned off "Use Listening History" in preferences, but the prior history before turning it off has not been removed.
