iPad activation failure
my ipad all of a sudden asked for activation ,but after several times of me trying to activate it ,it still says that server is temporarily unavailable

This does not work. I've also got the ipad connected to my macbook pro (running Catalina) and it won't activate on there either. The iPad 2 won't go beyond ios 9.5, and I'm guessing apple has shut down those activation services. But if they have, they should leave people who still have devices a way to get them working.
