Using Oculus Quest 2 adapter to charge iPhone 13

Hiya.

I got my iPhone 13 today and am wondering if I can use the adapter from my Oculus Quest 2 to charge my phone.

It's a USB-C and noticed that the charger adapter that used to come with iPhones (USB-A) the output is 5V 1A. I've always used the "New" iPad 2019 adapter for my iPhone 8 which is output 5.1v 2.1a (10W) USB Power. I looked at my Oculus one and it states 5.0V 2.0A, 10.0W. Assuming the Oculus one is 10w... would this be okay for my iPhone 13 to use so it can use it's included wire charger?

I didn't really get the full answer to this (using my new account that I made for my new phone for a refresh)...

Does this mean that I - can't - use my Oculus Rift USB-C? It's not a non-legit adapter since Oculus Rift VR is a well known VR headset.

My question is - will it cause any harm or no? I wasn't really asking for a faster charging capablity, I just want to be able to charge my iPhone 5, 8, 13 and "new" iPad 2019 all at the same time without having to waste stupid money at £20 on a silly power adapter plug.
