I bought the iPhone 12 mini from Kanpur Reliance Digital a month ago 07/10/2021, when I bought the mobile, I told the salesman that I had to leave India, so would my iPhone work for another country's SIM card when I left India, then the salesman said that my mobile normal will work if Mai goes to any country, but when My Came to Africa, only India's SIM card works in my mobile and the SIM card outside India is not working

It sounds like your phone is indeed locked to your particular Indian carrier.
Only your carrier can provide you w/ the necessary unlock code.

You will need to contact the carrier that the phone is locked to and ask them to unlock it.
