App Store disappeared off my iPad 8gen
My App Store has disappeared off my iPad. It also has the sign in to Apple ID tab in settings as well as both the Messages and FaceTime applications all unavailable options for me to click on.

If you swipe the screen all the way to the left, you should encounter the App Library. From there, locate the App Store, then press and hold until it starts to wiggle, then drag it to the home screen. As far as your log in issues, try Force Restarting the iPad and check to make sure that you do not have any Restrictions turned on in Screen Time. Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
