4K video on a 13Pro 512mb?

How do you shoot 4K with a 13Pro 512mb? Software all up to date but there is no option to choose 4K. Getting ProRes but its 1080p. Any ideas?

Ensure that you are NOT using Cinematic Mode with ProRes. Cinematic Model recordings are limited to 1080p. What happens when you are not using Cinematic Mode and using the regular camera? Can you then record in 4K?

Also, ensure that you are updated to iOS version 15.1.

You are correct, with iOS 15.1, you can record in 4K without Cinematic Mode.

Thanks Alex. Yes, 15.1 but I was indeed assuming the 4K would be available in Cinematic mode. It's there in regular video mode as you say.

Cinematic Mode and ProRes videos are limited to 1080P resolution only.
