Activity Competition points not updating

Hi. I was mid-competition with a friend when initially my rings were just not moving ahead and points were not added up. Eventually, although my activity ring is updating, the points are still 00!

I've reset my watch, force restarted, signed out, and in of my Apple ID on my iPhone and still 00 :( Please help :)

It sounds like your points aren't populating on your Apple Watch, and we'd like to help.

Which Apple Watch and iPhone model are you working with?

Is this only happening with your points and this particular competition?

Is the rest of your Activity data updating as it should?


If you have not done so already, try updating your iPhone to iOS 15.1 and your Apple Watch to watchOS 8.1 to address this issue.

Be sure to back up your devices before updating.
