Can I charge my iPad air 4 gen with 30w OnePlus warp charger? Will it effect the iPad battery in long run?

I suggest that you use only Apple or MFI certified (Made For IPhone/iPad) chargers, even a 97W.

No harm to your iPad or its battery, since the charger doesn’t “push” power; it just supplies the power “drawn” by the device.

The OnePlus Warp charger is designed for use with “Warp enabled” devices, presumably using OnePlus proprietary charging standards.

Crucially, the Warp charger does not support USB PD (Power Delivery). If the Warp charger works at all with your iPad, it will be limited in its output to 2.0A @5V (10W).

Using a non-standard charger with your relatively expensive iPad is folly. If any damage occurs, you will have invalidated your iPad warranty.
