i was using a gift card for my itunes purchases, and the last time i checked the amount it looked like a lot more lesser than how much it was supposed to be. so i searched up for it and found out that recent phone changings can cause that. i did change my phone. how can i get a repayment? thank you

I have already tried doing that but the problem is i dont have any item or app to ask for a refund. The money in the gift card has been lost without me spending it.
