itunes money lost

i was using a gift card for my itunes purchases, and the last time i checked the amount it looked like a lot more lesser than how much it was supposed to be. so i searched up for it and found out that recent phone changings can cause that. i did change my phone. how can i get a repayment? thank you

Apple Support have an article with the steps to follow for claiming a refund.

(Refund eligibility might vary by country or region.)
