Language changes when using Airplay

I saw a post from someone mentioning change of audio into Spanish while streaming from iPhone using Airplay. Well.... I have the same problem (but then in German) and I really can't figure out what the solution is. I tried it on 2 different TV brands (Philips and Samsung) so it can't be a TV setting I guess.

Any tips?
