Iphone 11

Whenever i unlock my phone, it just goes straight to the black loading screen, and after a couple of seconds, it flashes with my wallpaper. And after a couple of minutes, it restarts. And it’s just an endless cycle. i’m currently on my Iphone XR. I NEED HELP
