locked iphone

hello i would like to ask, today I inadvertently blocked my iphone 7 so i thought i would reset it to factory settings but my computer or rather itunes the phone doesn't recognize it so the phone is charging in the computer but itunes not showing that the phone is connected i don't know me anyone please advise?

I reset the old password but I probably entered the new one incorrectly because it wasn't what I thought I had entered. anyway, it's a password from the lock screen. I tried to unlock the phone via iTunes but it did not respond to the phone, and the computer did not show any signs that the phone was connected but charging. unfortunately I tried the password for so long that it now writes "connect to itunes" which I can't
