Bluetooth calling disconnects from 4runner but the call is still on iphone

Okay. So I used to have a s21ultra and I have a 2019 4runner. I had phone working fine. Purchased a 13 pro the Monday after release and everything synced up fine music works and could make phone calls for a while. But then the Bluetooth in the 4runner drops the call and says it ends but the call is still on the phone. Phone is showing as being disconnected until the radio is restarted. Calls can only last about 2-3 minutes. Currently I am running 15.1.

I have removed the device from the 4runner and forgotten the 4 runner in bluetooth settings. Bluetooth also won't stay connected to my samsung fit 2. This 4runner does not have carplay. It has an entune suite but that doesn't help the issue at all. There are others with similar issues but no answers.

Yesterday my sister connected her 11 with IOS 14.7 and never lost connection when we called our mother and talked for about 5 minutes or so. I will be testing my nieces 12PM with IOs 15.1 soon.

Anything I've missed trying to do? Could it be an issue with my phone or something with IOS 15? Thank you.

Update: I used my nieces 12pm running 15.1 and it stayed connected fine for at least 5 minutes and I was able to complete a phone call. I used my phone 13p next and it did stay connected and I was able to complete a call. So I’m not going to say it’s completely fixed but maybe.
