If you got an iPhone 11 Pro, it was not brand new since, as noted, it was discontinued last year. You have the option of getting an appointment at an Apple Store to get a new battery since it should be replaced when it gets to 80% anyhow.

it’s over a month and few weeks since I got it.
Took it off a sealed carton about a month ago. Do you even know what you are saying? Apple is wack then.
I want to know why the battery health should drain that fast under a month? It’s crazy, it’s making me go crazy.
