I need help

Got a brand new iPhone 11 pro and the battery health has dropped to 83%, is that normal? and should I be worried?

If you got an iPhone 11 Pro, it was not brand new since, as noted, it was discontinued last year. You have the option of getting an appointment at an Apple Store to get a new battery since it should be replaced when it gets to 80% anyhow.
