Thanks for the update. Did you click on Macbook and go through all of the prompts to see if it will provide you the trade in information? You will need to go through the entire process in order to set up the trade in. If you choose to trade in your current device online for a gift card, Apple will also arrange for you to send it to them. When everything checks out, Apple will send you an Apple Gift Card via email.
