Files App Cannot Connect to SMB Share

I am having an issue on my iPhone where I cannot connect to an SMB share. Not a specific share but SMB in general. I have a Synology NAS as well as an Ubuntu desktop. The Synology has an SMB share as well as the Ubuntu. They are both using SMB3. I CAN connect from both my Mac Minis, my iPad, and both my wife's iPad and iPhone. All iOS devices are iOS 15. The error I get is “The file couldn’t be saved because a file with the same name already exists.” I am NOT trying to save a file, just trying to connect to the share. There is also a Synology NAS where I work and it is SMB2 and I get the same error with my iPhone.

What is weird is that sometimes is does connect. If it doesn't I can usually do a hard reset on the iPhone and then it will connect. I can also click OK when the error pops up and then hit Next at the top right and it will connect. But if I do this it shows the SMB as Read Only. Other times it only shows a partial list of the directories. The Filebrowser Pro app from Stratopherix works and connects every time from my iPhone.

All this points to something with my iPhone Files App. What I don't want to do is a wipe of the iPhone and a reinstall. In general I find the Files app fairly unstable. This weekend it never connected to the Ubuntu share at all. Is any else having these issues or could someone point me in the right direction of what might be going on?
